How we work

From audit to compounding in four phases.

Same operator, same hands, from the first crawl to the monthly review. No handoff between strategist and executor. The audit is the proposal. The strategy ships the next month.

01

Technical audit

Full-scope crawl, Google Search Console (GSC) analysis, schema review, and AI visibility baseline. You see every finding before strategy starts.

The audit is the proposal. No discovery call disguised as a sales pitch. The first deliverable is a document, not a deck. It covers four layers:

  • Crawl. Every URL on your domain inventoried, indexation status checked, redirect chains flagged, orphaned pages identified.
  • GSC. Twelve months of clicks, impressions, position, and CTR by URL and query, with cannibalization patterns surfaced.
  • Schema. Every structured data block on the site validated against current Google and AI engine requirements. Inventory schema, location schema, FAQ, organization, review.
  • AI visibility baseline. Citation snapshot across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews on the queries that matter for your group.

Every finding is scored by severity and commercial impact. The audit ends with a prioritized list of what to fix and what to leave alone, in order.

The audit is the proposal

The audit is not a free sample or a pitch. It is a paid engagement, and the document it produces is the proposal: the artifact that scopes and sequences the work. You commission it, you own it, and you keep it whether or not the engagement continues. Nothing about the next phase is gated behind a separate sales document, because there is not one.

02

Strategy build

A prioritized roadmap based on severity, commercial impact, and what your competitive landscape actually looks like. Built from your audit, not a template.

The strategy answers three questions explicitly:

  • What ships first, and why. The first ninety days of action items, sequenced so technical fixes unblock content work and content work earns the queries the competitive landscape actually contests.
  • What waits, and why. The audit will surface findings that are real but not worth fixing this quarter. Saying no is part of the work.
  • How the work gets measured. Tracked outcomes, mapped to GSC and AI-citation data, reviewed monthly. Outcomes are expected and targeted, never guaranteed.

The roadmap is your document, not a sales artifact. It travels with the engagement.

03

Execution

Content production, technical fixes, schema deployment, and AI-search optimization. Same operator, strategy and execution. The person who wrote the audit is the person doing the work.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Content actions allocated each month from your GSC data, not from a preset calendar. Six to twenty actions per month depending on tier and what the market demands.
  • Technical fixes scheduled against the audit's severity ranking. The blocker that holds back three other things gets fixed first.
  • Schema deployment validated against current AI engine consumption patterns, not stale 2020 guidance.
  • AI-search optimization on the entities and queries the competitive analysis flagged as winnable.

No account manager between you and the work. Questions about execution are answered by the person doing the execution.

04

Compounding

Monthly GSC reviews, quarterly business reviews, continuous AI visibility monitoring. Every month builds on the last.

The work compounds because the foundation is shared across workstreams. Schema deployed this month makes next month's content cite-able by AI engines. Cannibalization solved this quarter makes next quarter's new content earn queries cleanly. Competitive analysis run quarterly catches new threats before they become entrenched.

The monthly cadence:

  • GSC review. What moved, what did not, what the data says to do next. Two pages, not twenty slides.
  • AI citation monitoring. Where your group is being cited, where competitors took share, what the engines are surfacing for buyers in your market.
  • Action allocation for the next month. Built from the data, not from a preset calendar.

The quarterly cadence adds a business review against the original strategy. What worked, what changed in the market, what the next quarter looks like.

See where your group stands.

The audit is the first deliverable. Full crawl, GSC analysis, schema review, AI visibility baseline. Every finding is visible before you commit to anything.
