What you get

Structured deliverables, not status call slide decks.

Documents you keep. Data you can act on. A cadence that compounds. No vanity reports.

01
Technical audit with severity scoring
Full crawl analysis, schema validation, Core Web Vitals, and AI visibility baseline. Every finding scored by severity and commercial impact. The audit is your document, not a sales artifact.
02
Content cannibalization map
Page-by-page inventory of keyword overlap, self-competition, and consolidation opportunities across your entire domain. Built from twelve months of Google Search Console (GSC) data.
03
6 to 20 content actions per month
New pages, optimizations, and consolidations, allocated each month from your GSC data, not a preset calendar. The number tracks your tier and what the market demands.
04
AI visibility monitoring
Continuous tracking of how your dealership appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other AI surfaces. Reported monthly against the baseline.
05
Monthly GSC review
What moved, what did not, what the data says to do next month. Two pages, not twenty slides. Read in five minutes by anyone at the group.
06
Quarterly business review (QBR)
A business review against the original strategy. What worked, what changed in the market, what the next quarter looks like. Held live, with the operator who built it.

VulcanAX is taking on a limited number of founding dealer groups for 2026. Case studies will appear here as those results mature; projections don't get published.

Common questions

What does the initial technical audit include?
The technical audit includes a full crawl analysis, schema validation against what AI engines consume, Core Web Vitals review, and an AI visibility baseline for your dealer group. Every finding is scored by severity and commercial impact. The document belongs to you to keep and act on independently of any ongoing engagement with VulcanAX.
How is monthly content volume determined?
Content actions per month are set by your engagement tier and allocated from first-party analytics data, like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, each month, not a preset editorial calendar. Between six and twenty actions ship monthly—new pages, optimizations, or consolidations—based on what your domain data shows the market demanding. Every action either earns a query you do not already win, or it should not exist.
What happens in the quarterly business review?
The quarterly business review is a live session with the same operator who built your strategy. It covers results against the original plan, what changed in the search and AI landscape during the quarter, and what the next quarter calls for. There is no slide deck—it is a working conversation with the person doing the work.
